{"id":2383,"date":"2026-11-05T15:15:58","date_gmt":"2026-11-05T19:15:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lodehoyrd.com\/?p=2383"},"modified":"2026-11-05T15:15:59","modified_gmt":"2026-11-05T19:15:59","slug":"babado-denuncia-por-usupaciones-de-funciones-a-venezolano-electricista-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lodehoyrd.com\/?p=2383","title":{"rendered":"BABADO DENUNCIA POR USUPACIONES DE FUNCIONES A VENEZOLANO ELECTRICISTA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El candidato a la presidencia del CARD, solicita investigar a ciudadano venezolano al que se\u00f1ala de ejercer ilegalmente la abogac\u00eda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SANTO DOMINGO, R.D. \u2014 El doctor Diego Babado Torres, candidato a la presidencia del Colegio de Abogados de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana (CARD) y expresidente de ese gremio, denunci\u00f3 una presunta usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones profesionales que atribuye al ciudadano venezolano Alexis Jos\u00e9 Vargas, a quien identifica como electricista de oficio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante una comunicaci\u00f3n dirigida al presidente del CARD, doctor Trajano Vidal Potentini, Babado Torres solicit\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de la instituci\u00f3n para que se investiguen los hechos denunciados y se determinen las posibles responsabilidades conforme a la legislaci\u00f3n vigente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el jurista, Vargas presuntamente se habr\u00eda presentado como abogado durante m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os y habr\u00eda recibido dinero de personas que buscaban servicios legales.
